Hello friends! Today is officially my first day of not eating junk food. It will be hard ending this long relationship. I need to really practice self control. I'm not very good at that though. I will become good at it. I will let IT! I just keep on thinking positive thoughts. So far I haven't craved any junk either. I hope I can keep it up. Also, I went for a 30 minute brisk walk today. I'm almost there. I needed to do 3 walks by the 27th and I did 2 so far. My walk today was really hard! That steep hill really is hard but I DID IT! That's the important thing. I'm proud of myself that I came this far!
Ok so now it's later in the day and I went for a slower, more leisurely walk with my friend Janet. I still think it wasn't bad excercise considering it was about 40 minutes of walking. I haven't caved in yet either. No snack food yet. I'm going to the movie theatre later so we'll see how I do with that.
